I notice how often I forget to pray/ give thanks too many times till I’m left alone. Whether in the shower, on the train ride home, or on a plane, whenever I’m trapped with my own thoughts for a certain amount of time - I then remember “I hadn’t said thank you in a while.” Thank you for my health.
